Agreement to Terms

By requesting a quote or booking a service with Luffman's Pressure Washing, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all services provided by Luffman's Pressure Washing ("we," "our," or "us") to you ("customer" or "you").

Services

We provide professional pressure washing, soft washing, roof cleaning, gutter cleaning, deck and fence cleaning, driveway cleaning and sealing, and related exterior cleaning services throughout Middle Tennessee. Specific service details will be outlined in your quote.

Quotes and Pricing

• All quotes are based on the information provided at the time of request. Final pricing may be adjusted if conditions differ significantly from what was described.
• Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued.
• We provide free, no-obligation quotes with no hidden fees.

Payment

• Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise arranged in advance.
• We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.
• Returned checks are subject to a $35 fee.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

• We ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
• We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather conditions that would affect service quality or safety.
• We will contact you as soon as possible if we need to reschedule due to weather.

Customer Responsibilities

• Please ensure pets are secured and away from the work area during service.
• Close all windows and doors before service begins.
• Remove or secure any outdoor furniture, decorations, or items that could be damaged or displaced.
• Provide access to an outdoor water spigot for service completion.
• Notify us in advance of any fragile plants, painted surfaces, or areas requiring special attention.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with the results of a service, contact us within 48 hours and we will return to address any concerns at no additional charge. Our goal is to leave every property looking its best.

Limitation of Liability

While we take great care with every property, we are not liable for pre-existing damage to surfaces, deteriorated caulking, aged paint, rotted wood, or other conditions that may become apparent during the cleaning process. We are fully insured and will address any damage caused by our direct negligence.

Referral Program

Our referral program pays $50 per completed referral. Referred customers must complete a paid service of at least $150. Referral rewards are paid after service completion. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the referral program at any time with reasonable notice.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of Hickman County, Tennessee.
